Sure, I think the design of this tea set by Jarl Fernaeus is very cool, but wow! That photography!
What a brilliant way of bringing out the excitement in this design and highlighting the beauty in its chaos. I love how the coffee pot stands so gallantly in the middle of the mayhem. As if it’s determined to keep its composure. I would have loved to be in on this shoot by Magnus Cramer.
Actiongraphs is the new pattern in the Arabella 2010 series for Hackfors of Sweden. It was inspired by Fernaeus’ two-year-old son Rufus and his first attempts with felt markers, with a bit of Jackson Pollock thrown in.
It was Cramer’s idea to play with the china to see if he could get more action in the photos. Mission definitely accomplished.
