IKEA goes underground

Posted by jaan on April 5th, 2010    Add your comment »

For two weeks in March, IKEA took over four Parisian subway stations. Up went large wall posters of cosy homes, and the platforms were decked out with comfy sofas and nice spot lighting.

A genius advertising idea, and an opportunity to put a smile on people’s faces as well as let them rest their tired legs in comfort. Vive la IKEA, that’s what we say!
