VDG brings cement home

I’m a sucker for patterns, but I love strong silent pieces just as much… and these cement ones from the new company VDG (Visby Design Group) are positively zen-like.

VDG is a collective of designers on the island of Gotland. I think life must be wonderfully peaceful and simple on this island and it rubs off on its resident designers and artists. Just look at the work of fellow Gotland design comany G.A.D. to see what I mean.
