What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal only. You can use a credit card, your bank account, or your PayPal balance. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. Transactions are secure and private.
You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal when your payment has been accepted and an email from From Sthlm when your order has been received.
How will my items be shipped?
From Sthlm uses USPS Priority Mail and UPS as standard.
All shipments are carefully inspected and packed to ensure that they arrive to you safely. Shipments are insured for their full value.
Shipping times are listed at the time of checkout and in the confirmation email you receive from From Sthlm.
We ship to the US and abroad. P.O. Boxes are ok, though From Sthlm is not responsible for packages sent to P.O. Boxes or left at private residences that go lost or stolen. Shipments outside the US may take up to 10 days or more. From Sthlm is not responsible for any shipments delayed in customs or for extra duties that may be levied.
In some cases, USPS parcel post may be used.

Can I change, correct, or cancel my order?
If you notice an error in any part of your order or need to cancel it after it has been submitted, please contact me immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there is a $25 redirect charge should the address or any part of the order need to be changed in transit.
Canceled orders will be refunded as long as you comply with our return policy.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items except special ordered pieces, sale items, clothing and shoes. Returns must be sent to us within 14 days from our date of shipment, must be in their original condition and packaging, and be accompanied by original sales receipt or shipping invoice. Returns must be shipped via insured courier at your cost. The original shipping expense cannot be refunded or credited for exchange.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment through PayPal once the return has been received and inspected.
What if there is damage or defects?
It is very important to us that your item arrives with you safely and that it works as it should.
Shipments are insured for their full value. Please inspect the condition of the shipment on its arrival. If there is damage to the exterior box or if items arrive damaged, please document the incident with pictures and contact me as soon as possible within seven days. A replacement will be sent immediately once the damage has been verified. If no replacement is available, you will be refunded in full.
The item I want is sold out. Can you still help me?
Hopefully. From Sthlm operates in a unique way- we only sell a very limited number of products at a time, and in only very limited numbers. Products sell out quickly. However, if there is an item you’d like to buy from a previous month, or the currently featured products are sold out, email me at hello@fromsthlm.com. We’ll see what can be done.
Why should I sign up for the newsletter?
Why wouldn’t you? After all, we’re a different store every month. If you like what you see here at From Sthlm then you’ll want to be one of the first to know each month who our new designers are and which new products we’re bringing to you.
What do you do with my personal information?
From Sthlm will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance.
We do not receive your personal payment information. That is secured through PayPal.
Your contact information will be used only for the purpose it was given. If you signed up for our newsletter, you will only receive our newsletters. Otherwise we will only contact you in direct regards to orders that you have placed or correspondence that you have requested.
