This month Camp Cirrus launches their Fall line, and we couldn’t be happier that they’ve chosen to premiere their new knitted pillows exclusively here at From Sthlm!

Camp Cirrus burst into the Swedish design scene in 2009 from designers Cina Kjellsson and Matts Wiberg. They quickly became known for their patterns built on the expressive colors and clearly defined forms that are part of the Swedish design tradition.

This respect for tradition is also reflected in their approach to small-scale high-quality manufacturing. The beautiful Cirrus trays are made on the island of Öland in the Baltic Sea, also home to Carl Malmsten’s Capellagården.

Their new wool knitted pillow covers come to life in a small mill in the town of Allingås, and the meticulous needle work for their textile jars is done in the Swedish textile capital of Borås.

Cina and Matts are married and live in the city of Helsingborg with their two young children and dog Morris.

Cina sums it all up when she says “Our aim is to create long lasting designs, both in terms of their look and their quality. Beautiful things make people happier and such things should be around for a long time!”
